Through “Reality Therapy” (one type of CBT) instructors facilitate 2 hour groups to enable people with weight problem to take effective control of their lives in relationships, management and self-fulfilment to “maximise wellness”.

COMMUNITY JUSTICE CENTRES – Department of NSW Attorney General’s- 1990 – 2003

Community Justice Centre provide an alternative to the courts by offering a free mediation service. People come together voluntarily to sit down with mediators to settle their conflict (incl. civil disputes) in a fair and acceptable manner. Most referrals to mediation come through the legal system, Department of Housing and the “helping” professions. I worked for the City and Penrith Panels.
